I completely agree with the way you talk about &quot;Controlling Emotions.&quot; I don&#039;t, however, think that most people understand that the way one thinks has a direct correlation with the way they feel and this is why they allow themselves to get so upset at times. Once a person realizes that his or her thoughts affect his or her moods and emotions, they will find themselves one step ahead! More people need to realize or learn the connection though and articles such as these help.
