Health Is For Life

Everyone knows that health is for life, regular daily exercise keeps the body and mind fresh and healthy, filled with energy that is needed to improve the quality of our living experience.

In today’s culture where technology has been developed to do most of the menial chores like transport, cooking, washing machines and central heating we no longer get that physical stimulation from doing it ourselves. Like having to wash our clothes by hand or chop firewood to keep our homes warm or indeed have to hunt our own food when we can just jump in the car and drive to the supermarket.

We can get lured into inactivity by audio and visual entertainment, we fall into the trap of routine habits of minimum physical effort, we allow this easy lifestyle to occupy our minds then before we know it, our body’s are overweight, gas releasing, lazy lumps of lard and our attitudes and moods are bitter and restless. Then we wonder why and how it has come to that.

Movement stimulates life and makes it so much more fulfilling, we have a natural commitment and responsibility to ourselves to stay fit and enjoy as much of the life force from our existence as humanly possible, it is in our instinct to survive and grow.

We can create an exercise plan that is very simple to do on a daily basis that is not too strenuous and yet very effective by it giving us a quality of life we deserve. People get tired of all ways being told to eat the right foods and work harder and blame the media or their peer groups for pestering them when if they were to think about it, what they are tired of are inner screams from our body’s to our minds reminding us that our lives are for living and life is the greatest gift.

Some people link pain and suffering to exercise perhaps created from a bad experience in the past and always find the most effortless way to lead their lives. If they were to look at their thinking habits and listen to their conscience, they would be able to create a new perspective on their health and be able to transform their lifestyle.

An active rich life will return to them an exciting more rewarding experience of living than they ever dreamed possible. Health is for life and every time we respond to the natural demand for good exercise and diet, life just gets better and so does the force of life around us.
