When you get to a stage during a task or action and your on the road toward achieving a goal, when you allow your negative self talk to begin eating away at your reasoning behind what you are doing you discover the need for DETERMINATION. It could be in the form of either physical or mental endurance or simply just patience and a realistic assessment of your expectations.

“Determination IS, the ability carry on in the face of everything in your mind and the environment around you telling you to quit, when you believe what you are doing will work”

Here are 3 proven tips and techniques to use to capture the spirit of determination at that very point when you need it most, when failure appears to be the only logical option. Dont let the minds argumentative demand for a quick way out ease your conscious and convince you that giving up is acceptable (IT IS NOT) quite simply dont give yourself permission to quit.

Always keep these little gems in the forefront of your mind for determination:

TIP #1 REMEMBER and REMIND
Using the power of visualization with quick deep thought meditation, take a few moments to write down a quick statement incorporating these few points and remember to recite it when you feel you need it. Think STRENGTH, Think DETERMINATION…

* Remember PURPOSE
* Remember WHY
* Remember REASONS
* Remember RESULTS
* Remember CONSIQUENCES
* Remember REWARDS
* Remember OPINIONS
* Remember faith belief gratitude and WHO YOU ARE!

Feel the awakening of an inner power to drive you far far beyond your own limiting beliefs into a new territory of achievement believe and KNOW your outcome.

TIP #2 ESCAPE FROM FUD (FEAR – UNCERTIANTY – DOUBT)

As soon as you feel FUD approaching, find a trusting friend or associate quickly and share your concerns, you will be amazed by how trivial and also so natural self talk and an idle imagination can talk you out of the surest course of action if it involves time and the need for patience.

FUD is a natural thinking order when you find something exciting that offers opportunity benefit or reward when likely causes are boredom or static thinking. Staying strong in thought as well in mind is a shield from this habitual instinct that could develop into failure if left untreated or properly addressed.

TIP #3 Gun To The Head Thinking

Visualization is a powerful tool to use when creating strong determination. How effective would you be if there was a gun to your head with the trigger rigged to fire if you gave up or quit. Determination comes from thoughts and creating the right thoughts to think of in low periods of productivity is the main source of finding that inner strength called DETERMINATION
