The repetition of Positive Daily Affirmations conditions our minds to believe and know. When we repeat a statement over and over again, out loud or in our minds and even just a visual exposure to a statement it becomes installed into our minds as second nature thinking.
It is a known fact that if we practice something for long enough we eventually get good at it, it’s the law of learning and as humans we practice from the moment we leave the womb. We start learning to communicate, crawl, walk and talk.
Every single moment of our lives our self-talk is naturally communicating with our minds, we tend to allow it to rant on uncontrolled influencing our thinking without any realisation of just how much impact its having on our lives. thoughts like “I wish i had that nice car, I will never be able to get a car like that” or “i look terrible in this suit”, ok these are rather mild ones but all the same our minds tend to say the most harmful things to us that have a negative influence on us and yet many just put up with it.
These are negative self statements or negative natural affirmations, we have the power to change them from negative to positive by creating a habit of identifying them when they occur and activly converting them into positive affirmations.
When we recite a positive daily affirmation we are manually programming it into our sub-conscious mind and memory to remember it and give us a positive stimulation. Affirmations are auto suggestions giving your unconscious mind a positive command. This is a natural process that forms part of our intellectual capability.
We can mould our habits out of chosen thoughts and influence the experiences we go through in our lives. We use our conscious minds to instruct our thought process to focus on the things that we want to achieve
We can choose what thoughts to think and it is from those thoughts that we experience an emotional stimulation or reaction to that specific thought we have chosen to think. Using this process we can inspire our minds to feel a desired emotional response in alignment with our goals.
If we define the pathway to our goals using visualisation, we can determine a collection of positive daily affirmations that will help us towards achieving our objectives much quicker. We must force ourselves to think the correct thoughts that encourage the right tasks and actions that will lead us toward achievement.
There are a number of methods to use to feed our minds with Positive Daily Affirmations but the one that I totally recommend is new revolutionary software called The Affirmation Ticker, Follow the link to find out more about it.
