Happiness is a state of mind, emotions are a state of mind, emotions influence our state of mind even during extreme physical pain and the challenge we have is managing them to maintain a healthy focused balanced state of mind. How we perceive things in life naturally and reactively changes our state of mind to understand, learn and collect knowledge from the experience of the perception, the fact that we are able to gain control of this process is a natural system which has enabled us as a species to grow and advance above all others into what we have become today.

People underestimate just what power that creating the right state of mind can have over their success in life. For a minimum effort through applied daily thinking for 30 minutes or more about what is needed within the days mindset of collection of thoughts to create the correct state of mind. Using visualization and concentration to feel a specific emotion or desired feeling or indeed send out a specific emotion or expression, we can transform a life of misery and frustration into a life filled with happiness and fulfillment.

The daily practice of creating a strong co-ordinated and tuned state of mind opens up new opportunities and acts as a guidance system on our journey through life. To ignore this simple fact will cost you the life you always dreamed of and condemn you to a life of dissatisfaction, unhappiness and failures. Building a positive state of mind and maintaining it throughout the day is as essential as getting out of bed in the morning. In fact success demands it.
